Coffee Cultural Landscape Cycling Tour
The Coffee Cultural Landscape spans several provinces of the country and covers an area of almost 350,000 hectares. The region is home to picturesque landscapes, diverse species of plants and animals, as well as a number of cultural and educational attractions. The beautiful settings of lush, mountainous landscapes and coffee plantations, along with the traditional architecture of terra cotta–roofed country houses, led UNESCO to add it to its list of World Heritage Sites in 2011.
The most impressive part of the coffee region is found between the three main cities of Pereira, Armenia and Manizales.
Coloured Trails
Regarded as the most beautiful river in the world, it is commonly called the “River of 5 Colors” or the “Liquid Rainbow”. Between July and November, this fast river full of rapids and waterfalls , comes alive with yellow, green, blue , black and red- pink colors , from the Macarenia clavigera plant , the sight of which will leave you breathless. Caño Cristales is on the border of three different ecosystems and is home to over 420 species of birds & primates.

Every year humpback whales arrive in the warm waters of the Colombian Pacific for their mating and reproduction stage.This region is one of the favorites for Yubarta whales.
Green Jungle
Plan 5 days / 4 nights. Nature Plan, in an ecological reserve in Leticia.You will have a visit to an indigenous community painted with murals, a community art project. You will be able to hike through the reserve to the Matamata stream, bordering the Amacayacu Natural Park, where a canoe picks you up to return by water to the Ecolodge. Hike on the island of Mocagua, considered part of the Amacayaku National Park with unique species of flora and fauna. It also includes a boat trip to the Peruvian margin to see pink dolphins and the sunset from the river. A very interesting visit is the Maicuchiga Foundation, a rescue center for orphaned monkeys. Depending on the level of the river and the streams, you can take tours of the Amacayacu River and the Matamata stream, fishing along the way.
